Consultation
Not sure if pelvic health physical therapy is right for you?

Schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation with Dr. Jenn to briefly discuss what you’re experiencing, ask questions about Salt + Light Physio, and determine whether working together may be a good fit.

Consultation calls are informational and are not a physical therapy evaluation or treatment session.

Salt and Light Physio operates as a fee-for-service clinic and does not participate in any insurance networks. Payment is required at the time of service. For patients wishing to pursue out-of-network reimbursement, we provide comprehensive superbills post-session to facilitate your claim process. We accept CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that lets eligible patients pay for visits over time. Approval and financing terms are determined by CareCredit. If interested, please ask us about using CareCredit before your appointment.
Initial Evaluation — 75 MinutesÂ
Your one-on-one first visit is designed to give us the time to hear your full story and look at the whole picture. We’ll discuss your symptoms, health history, goals, and what you want to get back to doing, followed by a comprehensive, individualized assessment based on your needs.

Your evaluation may include assessment of movement, strength, mobility, breathing, core function, and pelvic floor function when appropriate. An internal pelvic floor assessment may be offered when clinically indicated, but is never required and is always based on your comfort and consent.

Your first visit isn’t just an evaluation—we’ll begin treatment that day and create a clear plan to help you move forward.
Follow-Up Treatment — 60 MinutesÂ
Your one-on-one follow-up sessions are completely individualized and evolve with you as you progress. We’ll build on your plan of care using the treatments and techniques that best support your goals.

Treatment may include pelvic floor rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, strength and movement training, mobility work, manual therapy, scar mobilization, myofascial release, soft tissue techniques, gentle cupping, dry needling, and therapeutic taping.

There are no separate add-on fees for treatment techniques. Your session is about what your body needs that day and what will help you continue moving toward the life and activities you love.
