Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled and/or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled visit. Please contact us as soon as you know you cannot attend. Note: if you are a returning patient, you are able to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment in your Jane account.
