Treatment Options
You won't be told "Just do your kegels."
Kegels aren’t inherently good or bad. They’re simply one tool—and they’re not the right tool for every woman.

Your pelvic floor may need strength, relaxation, coordination, better pressure management, or support from the rest of your body.

That’s why your treatment begins with a comprehensive evaluation—not a one-size-fits-all exercise prescription.
Your pelvic floor needs more than Kegels. And you deserve care that looks at more than your pelvic floor.
My Approach
Whole-body pelvic health physical therapy.
Because your pelvic floor doesn’t work in isolation.
Your pelvic floor is influenced by—and works together with—your core, breathing, hips, spine, strength, mobility, and movement.

That’s why I don’t believe in handing every woman the same sheet of Kegels.

Sometimes your pelvic floor needs to get stronger.

    Sometimes it needs to relax.

    Sometimes it needs better coordination.

And sometimes we need to look beyond the pelvic floor entirely.

Your treatment starts with understanding you: your symptoms, your body, your lifestyle, and what you want to get back to doing. From there, we’ll create an individualized plan designed to help you build strength, confidence, and capacity for your real life.
