Your initial evaluation is 75 minutes, giving us plenty of time to hear your story and understand the whole picture. We’ll talk about your symptoms, health history, concerns, and—most importantly—your goals and what you want to get back to doing. Your evaluation will be individualized to you and may include assessment of your movement, breathing, core function, strength, mobility, hips, spine, and other areas that may be contributing to your symptoms.I do not perform an internal pelvic floor examination during your first visit.
