Payment Policy

Salt + Light Physio is an out-of-network, fee-for-service practice. Payment is due at the time of your visit. We accept HSA and FSA cards and can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance plan; reimbursement is determined by your plan and is not guaranteed.

Visit packages do not expire. You may stop using a package at any time and request a refund for unused visits. The refund terms and calculation are provided in writing before purchase.
